After intensive development with operators in the field, CargoNext v1 Astraea is here: the first stable release line for freight forwarders, customs brokers, truckers, warehouse operators, and teams who need one system from quote to proof of delivery. Built by Agilasoft Cloud Technologies Inc. and BlueCore Solutions Corp. on Frappe Framework and ERPNext, Astraea connects sea and air freight, transport, warehousing, customs, pricing, job costing, and finance-aware billing—so operations and accounts stay aligned as volume and complexity grow.
Sea Freight
Bookings, shipments, consolidations, master bills, and containers on ERPNext masters. Shipment charges use estimated amounts for WIP and accrual, and actual amounts when recalculated for invoicing. Volume and weight can roll up at shipment level while packages keep line detail where configured.
Air Freight
Bookings, shipments, consolidations, master air waybills, and ULD. Charge behaviour aligns with estimated vs actual posting for recognition and invoicing, consistent with the rest of the logistics layer.
Transport
Transport orders, jobs, consolidations, legs, plans, run sheets, and proof of delivery. Contains Dangerous Goods is carried on Transport Order, Transport Job, legs, and packages. Creating Transport Orders from other logistics documents uses inter-module field copy so context follows the job.
Customs
Declaration orders and declarations with commodities, authorities, permits, and exemptions—aligned child tables and validation from plan to filing.
Warehousing
Inbound, release, transfer, VAS, stocktake, warehouse jobs, contracts, gate pass, periodic billing, and storage locations—beside forwarding, not in a silo.
